Provisions under Article-330 provides for reservation of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in House of People i.e Lok Sabha. At present, in Lok Sabha seats reserved for Scheduled Castes is 84 while for Scheduled Tribes it is 47. There is no provision of reservation for Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribe in Rajya Sabha.
